About Future Leader Program Country Garden’s “Future Leaders” Program is a high-level management training program specialized for PhDs since 2013. So far, we have recruited top talents globally, which are from schools as MIT, Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial College, the University of Tokyo, National University of Singapore, University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University, Tong Ji University, etc. For the past three years, Country Garden has concentrated its best resources to provide high-end training programs for our “future leaders”, in order to help them build a solid foundation. Programs were including training camp, tutoring (chairman, CEO, senior managers as the tutor), job rotation, first line operation, field practice, and online salon, and others. Up to now, a big group of “future leaders” have achieved fast development in both personal ability and career.
